There's a lot going on behind the scenes at Progressive Radio Northwest (PRNW). We're using the summer months to

-- network with other progressive groups

-- develop our institutional base; and

-- lay the groundwork for a regional Listening Tour early in the fall.

With your help, we can carry the call for progressive radio throughout the Greater Puget Sound. Our plan is to have a series of localized town halls for you to share your ideas on how the next progressive station can be structured and other progressive issues of note. The town halls will be taped for broadcast on this website.

We'll also be announcing our first ever Nitty Gritty Just the Basics No Glam Grassroots Fundraising Campaign. You and your progressive friends can be a part of the action with your very own (House) Party-On for Progressive Radio.

So, as the saying goes ... stay tuned!

KPTK-AM boasted a loyal listenership from throughout the greater Puget Sound. We rely on your continued enthusiasm as we build the case to show potential investors and advertisers that the area can support another strong signal progressive talk station … big time.

Welcome to Progressive Radio Northwest's home on the Internet. We are a group of radio listeners working to bring strong-signal progressive talk programming back to the free public airwaves of the Greater Puget Sound!
